WEIGHT LOSS

When I finished Chiropractic College back in 1993 I never imagined I would find a benefit from learning, studying, and providing information about weight loss to my patients: believe it or not, obesity was not a common problem back then. Type 2 Diabetes was known as Adult-Onset Diabetes because diabetes affected adults, not the wide spectrum that we see today. As the years passed I became aware of the epidemic that took hold of the community I served. More and more patients were asking, "Why does my back hurt all the time?" The answer was obvious to me: I had to find a nutrition plan that worked for my patients so they could normalize their body and hold their Chiropractic adjustments longer. A Chiropractic Doctor, and good friend of mine, was putting together a Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan to help with his large practice. I borrowed the information and applied the plan to my patients as well. The plan was extremely successful and made sense to the patients!

Dr. Ben Lerner teaches The Core Plan in his two New York Times # 1 Best Sellers, Body by God and One Minute Wellness, which also mention me as a contributor. The Core Plan is great for those who don't have much to lose or haven't been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, and various other weight related conditions. Dr. Lerner, along with Dr. B.J. Hardick and Kimberly Roberto introduced the Advanced Plan, or what I like to call The Healing Diet, in their book titled Maximized Living Nutrition Plans. This nutrition plan has worked wonders for those whose body and hormone levels don't allow them to lose weight! The advance plan could transform their body from burning stored sugar as energy to burning normal levels of energy from stored fat and getting specific hormone levels working again. When patients apply the Advanced Plan not only do they lose weight, but disease processes within the body disappeared as well. Do not believe what you here on the radio or drug ads: Type 2 Diabetes is 100% reversible! All it takes is a few lifestyle changes.
